🍞 Baking Beginnings
Growing up, Grandma Pricilla’s kitchen was my playground. The sweet aroma of freshly made goodies was my lullaby. Fast forward to high school, and you'd find me spending a whopping 4 hours a day in the food department, jazzing up community events with mouthwatering treats.

Life threw me a curveball when I was diagnosed with a chronic condition. I dove headfirst into research and found solace in the gluten-free diet. But let's be real, missing out on Bread? Major bummer!
🍕 Crust Conqueror
My Sourdough adventure began with a quest for the perfect pizza crust. Yes, pizza lovers, you know the struggle is real! Once I nailed that, the bread creations were unstoppable! These par-baked crusts are perfect for pizza night. Just preheat your oven to 400', add toppings of choice and bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and the crust is golden!
🥗 Sophie's Salad Sensation
Let's not forget the way Sophie Salad got her name. Upon returning from Europe, I re-named myself Sophie and started making baguettes as a side for salads and charcuterie boards. Any way to keep the memory of France and Itay alive. No more tasteless gluten free store-bought crackers to pair! Crisp, flavorful, and oh-so-satisfying. A fresh salad with mixed greens and burrata cheese is the ideal companion to our Baguettes! Dive into a world where every bite feels like a green embrace.
